Understanding
We meet with your senior team to understand your goals. Then we assess your middle managers' current skills and confidence levels. We identify 5-8 managers who can become your change champions.
Collaborative
Design
We work hands-on with your selected middle managers through workshops and coaching. They learn practical tools for leading change, solving problems, and motivating their teams. We also run sessions for your other middle managers so they understand how to support the changes.
Implementation & Sustainment
Your managers start leading change in their departments with our guidance. We provide ongoing coaching during the first 90 days to ensure success. By the end, your middle managers confidently drive change without needing constant direction from above.
